Project Manager - International Business Support

About the role

CACI delivers products to the military community focused on signal exploitation, communications devices and radio systems. As Project Manager - International Business Support, you will be the main link between customers, internal functional teams and government agencies, ensuring contractual obligations, regulatory compliance and program performance. The role covers pre-award work (RFI and proposal responses) and post-sale work (scope, schedule and cost of contracts), with up to 10% travel outside the continental US.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multiple international defense programs from proposal through contract closeout
• Create project objectives, build requirements and manage cost, schedule, scope and quality constraints
• Manage relationships across sales, engineering, operations, procurement, quality, finance and product line management
• Keep the Contracting Officer's Representative and Government PM informed of risks, issues and resolutions
• Ensure production schedules meet contractual obligations and coordinate with operations
• Coordinate with export compliance personnel and maintain ITAR and EAR compliance
• Foster customer relationships and resolve issues promptly
• Schedule and manage major program reviews internally and externally

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Finance or Engineering
• At least 5 years of experience managing defense programs
• Significant experience managing U.S. Department of State export licenses and working knowledge of ITAR, EAR and U.S. export compliance
• Experience presenting to customers and internal management
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across programs, customers and stakeholders

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Proposal coordination, including technical and cost volumes
• Preferred: PMP certification, experience with scope, cost and schedule management, and active security clearance
