Project Manager, Innovation & Launches

About the role

Feel Good Foods is scaling its product portfolio and needs a Project Manager to drive new product innovations from concept to shelf. Based in New York City, you will coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure every launch hits retailer deadlines, packaging specs, marketing assets and on‑shelf execution.

Key responsibilities

• Own the launch calendar and build master timelines for each new product, tracking packaging, manufacturing, samples, photography and marketing deliverables.
• Act as the connective tissue between product development, sales, operations, finance and creative, running check‑ins, surfacing blockers and keeping all owners aligned.
• Kick off projects within hours of leadership approval, defining scope, owners, milestones and first meetings.
• Maintain launch trackers, status dashboards and a weekly update rhythm to provide visibility across the organization.
• Manage backwards from fixed retailer reset dates, safeguarding submission windows, print runs, production schedules and distribution deadlines.

Required profile

• 4‑8 years of project management experience, preferably in consumer packaged goods or food manufacturing.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives and keep multiple workstreams on schedule.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with a bias for rapid execution.
