Project Manager – Industrial/EPC Projects

About the role

NorthStar Energy Services is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead engineering projects for industrial and mid‑stream clients. The role involves overseeing the engineering portion of EPC contracts from bid stage through construction, ensuring schedules, quality, and client expectations are met.

Key responsibilities

• Manage engineering projects for industrial and mid‑stream customers, from bidding to construction.
• Coordinate multi‑discipline engineering teams to execute project scopes and critical path activities.
• Interface regularly with clients to assess expectations, schedules, and project status.
• Facilitate information flow between engineers, vendors, construction managers, and clients.
• Review progress reports, allocate resources, and ensure adherence to quality procedures.
• Identify and mitigate risks affecting safety, schedule, cost, or quality.
• Monitor project scope and engineering activities, initiating change requests when deviations occur.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing oil & gas midstream or industrial projects.
• Experience with capital expansion projects preferred.
• Technical or project‑management degree; Mechanical Engineering degree preferred.
• Proven ability to produce cost estimates, proposals, and assess project health through cost and status reports.
• Track record of successful project execution and stakeholder collaboration.
