Project Manager – Industrial Construction (Tilt‑Wall Warehouse)

About the role

The company seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead the construction of a 140,000‑square‑foot ground‑up tilt‑wall warehouse on the northeast side of Atlanta. This role oversees every phase from pre‑construction through final closeout, ensuring safety, quality, schedule adherence, and financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage ground‑up industrial construction projects from pre‑construction through closeout.
• Develop, maintain, and update comprehensive project schedules.
• Monitor project budgets and financial performance to ensure profitability.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and field operations.
• Review, negotiate, and administer subcontract agreements.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Lead coordination meetings with owners, architects, and subcontractors.
• Conduct regular jobsite walks to monitor progress, safety, and quality.
• Ensure compliance with specifications, contract requirements, and company standards.
• Partner with field leadership to proactively identify and resolve project challenges.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in commercial or industrial construction.
• Experience managing ground‑up tilt‑wall, warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or industrial facilities is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects from pre‑construction through final completion.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, budgeting, cost control, contracts, subcontract administration, and construction documentation.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
