Project Manager – Imaging System Installations in Trailers

About the role

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead the installation of imaging systems inside mobile trailer units across the United States. The role involves coordinating with multiple vendors, ensuring site readiness, and delivering Siemens equipment on schedule while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Create project spaces and submit Project Cost Assessment (PCA) forms.
• Coordinate with coach vendors, Mechanical Installation Vendors (MIV), and Installation Engineers to resolve issues.
• Work with Order Management to order pre‑install items and handle missing or damaged parts.
• Submit required documentation such as Phase 1/2 Checklists, Delivery Confirmations, and Performance Reports.
• Lead weekly meetings with vendors to track milestones and align timelines.
• Travel to trailer manufacturers nationwide to monitor preparation and accept equipment deliveries.
• Process out‑of‑scope requests, drive process improvements, and support audits.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Science degree preferred or 8+ years of practical project‑management or imaging‑installation experience.
• Proven ability to collaborate with matrixed teams and external vendors.
• Strong verbal and written communication across all organizational levels.
• Demonstrated skill in prioritizing multiple demands and managing customer expectations.
• Track record of implementing change and improving existing processes.
