Project Manager – HVAC Construction

About the role

We are looking for a Service Project Manager to lead HVAC construction projects from start to finish. You will ensure that safety standards, budgets, schedules, and communication protocols are consistently met.

Key responsibilities

• Manage safety compliance, conduct site walkthroughs, and lead toolbox talks.
• Control and distribute contract documents, shop drawings, RFIs, and construction bulletins.
• Attend coordination meetings, draft meeting notes, and maintain quality‑control records.
• Administer progress and as‑built drawings, as well as close‑out documentation such as O&M manuals and punch lists.
• Develop and update work plans, schedule tasks, and coordinate labor resources.
• Maintain equipment procurement logs, track rentals, and coordinate shipping with purchasing.
• Prepare cost estimates using estimating software and assemble Schedule of Values for billing.
• Track labor productivity, monitor financial status, and ensure timely project billings.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing HVAC construction projects.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and site compliance.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Excellent communication with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
