Project Manager – Healthcare Infrastructure (St. Croix)

About the role

Join a dynamic team delivering critical public infrastructure and capital improvement projects across the U.S. Virgin Islands. As a Project Manager you will support the Senior Project Manager in overseeing federally funded healthcare‑related construction projects from planning through close‑out.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in managing scope, budget, schedule, procurement, contract administration, risk, quality and stakeholder coordination.
• Provide day‑to‑day leadership for project teams, ensuring compliance with program and client requirements.
• Support business development activities, proposal preparation and contract negotiations.
• Maintain effective relationships with clients, contractors, consultants and other stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Business Management or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of construction experience, including at least 2 years of progressive project‑management responsibility.
• Strong knowledge of contract management, pre‑design, pre‑construction, renovations, demolition, new construction and building systems.
• Excellent leadership, analytical and organizational abilities; ability to work independently and in fast‑paced teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint).
• Experience using project tracking and management software, preferably Kahua or similar platforms.
