About the role

Full Potential Solutions (FPS) is seeking a Project Manager to lead a variety of business and technology initiatives. The role involves overseeing projects from discovery through delivery, coordinating resources, and ensuring alignment with company goals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage project lifecycles (Discovery → Delivery) for moderate‑complexity initiatives.
• Gather requirements for smaller‑scale efforts and produce regular reports and metrics.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams, track resource utilization, and assist with planning.
• Identify, escalate, and mitigate risks and issues.
• Provide clear status updates to stakeholders and maintain project documentation.
• Ensure projects are delivered within defined scope, timeline, and budget.

Required profile

• Proven ability to manage projects independently.
• Comfortable working in both traditional and Agile environments.
• Strong communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on delivering results.
