Project Manager – Finished Goods Operations (Hybrid)

About the role

Join a dynamic team that drives business integrations and product launch initiatives to ensure operational readiness across manufacturing and supply‑chain functions. As a Project Manager you will lead multiple projects, coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders, and deliver results that meet quality, cost and timeline expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead business integration and operational readiness projects from planning through execution.
• Develop and maintain project charters, work breakdown structures, schedules and budgets.
• Define project scope in collaboration with cross‑functional teams and monitor progress against timelines, risks and quality plans.
• Identify, assess and mitigate project risks throughout the lifecycle.
• Coordinate communication plans and provide regular updates to stakeholders across functions.
• Incorporate stakeholder and end‑user feedback into project planning and execution.
• Partner with Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain and other business units to support product and process launches.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).
• Minimum 4 years of experience in project management, program management, engineering, manufacturing, operations or related technical roles.
• Experience using project management and planning tools.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Preferred: PMP certification or equivalent and experience in regulated industries.

• Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• General project management tools and methodologies.
