Project Manager – Engineering Projects

About the role

The Project Manager will lead moderately complex engineering projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Working with minimal supervision, you will coordinate internal resources and client teams to achieve project objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage promotional projects, estimating professional services hours and controlling costs.
• Oversee commercial contracts, invoice processing, change notices, and monthly earnings reports.
• Track performance budget, schedule commitments, and quality standards using project tools.
• Participate in technical, cost, scheduling, and performance decisions.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables with clients and stakeholders.
• Champion change management by promptly handling scope and design changes.
• Build and lead productive teams, recognizing outstanding contributions.
• Coordinate resource requirements across concurrent projects.
• Plan, communicate, and align expectations with the team, leadership, and client.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports, maintain action item lists.
• Review engineering documents, vendor submittals, and construction drawings for compliance.
• Ensure standard project processes are followed through engineering, procurement, and construction phases.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing moderately complex engineering projects.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and make independent decisions.
