Project Manager – Customer Onboarding (SaaS)

About the role

Based at Zenoti’s Bellevue headquarters, you will lead customer implementation projects for a cloud‑based SaaS platform serving the beauty and wellness industry. You will ensure projects are well‑planned, executed efficiently, and delivered with high quality and predictability.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multiple customer implementation projects for Zenoti’s SaaS platform from the Bellevue headquarters.
• Plan, execute and deliver projects with high quality, predictability and on‑time release of minimal viable product.
• Maintain project information, define scope, facilitate reviews with customers and manage cross‑team dependencies.
• Identify risks, develop resolution plans and track metrics, status reporting and resource allocation across the Implementation group.
• Drive information sharing, capture best practices and independently plan and implement the customer onboarding process.

Required profile

• 5‑8 years of project management experience, including at least 4 years of technical project management leading complex client integrations.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills, with ability to influence stakeholders and run dynamic meetings.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience; PMP or similar certification is a plus.
• Experience working with remote teams and ability to travel up to 20% on short notice.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Excel, MS Office and Google apps.
• Hands‑on experience with project tools such as Jira, Basecamp and Smartsheet.
• Technical background sufficient to understand complex SaaS product functionality and integrations.
