Project Manager – Customer Onboarding & Implementation

About the role

Rallyware is looking for a Project Manager to lead customer onboarding and implementation projects within its Professional Services team. You will work closely with Business Solution and Technical Solution Consultants as well as customer project teams to ensure smooth, on‑time delivery for enterprise clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end onboarding and implementation projects from kickoff to go‑live.
• Coordinate activities across Rallyware consultants, internal stakeholders, and customer teams.
• Maintain detailed project plans, timelines, status updates, and documentation.
• Drive cross‑functional alignment between business and technical workstreams.
• Track risks, dependencies, escalations, and action items to keep projects on track.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing onboarding or implementation projects for SaaS or technology solutions.
• Strong organizational and communication skills to coordinate multiple teams.
• Ability to monitor project health, identify issues early, and drive resolutions.
