Project Manager – Consumer Finance Transformation

About the role

Republic Finance is seeking a Project Manager to lead and deliver transformation initiatives across its consumer finance business. The role involves planning, executing, and closing projects on time, within budget, and with high quality, while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead projects from initiation to closure, defining scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop, revise, and maintain detailed project plans, tracking tasks, timelines, and resource allocations.
• Ensure all project documentation is accurate and up‑to‑date.
• Communicate clearly and consistently with project teams, partners, and PMO leadership.
• Identify, document, and mitigate project risks.
• Foster cross‑team collaboration and resolve conflicts throughout the project lifecycle.
• Utilize PMO tools, templates, and standardized processes.
• Participate in PMO process‑improvement reviews and special assignments.
• Support Senior Project Managers on complex enterprise and special projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a project coordinator or project management role.
• Hands‑on experience with project management tools and software.
• Proven ability to lead projects to successful completion within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% when based outside Baton Rouge, LA; Plano, TX; or Charlotte, NC.
