Project Manager, Business Intelligence & Data Analytics

About the role

The Project Manager, Business Intelligence & Data Analytics leads cross‑functional initiatives that combine project management expertise with data‑driven insights. You will drive strategic projects, create executive dashboards, and partner with business leaders to turn operational challenges into measurable improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end execution of strategic projects, defining scope, timelines, resources, and risk mitigation.
• Develop and maintain KPI dashboards, scorecards, and BI solutions using Power BI, Tableau, and SQL.
• Analyze operational, financial, and supply‑chain data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Apply AI‑enabled tools and machine‑learning techniques to automate reporting and enhance data quality.
• Partner with stakeholders across Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, Quality, and Manufacturing to ensure alignment and adoption.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management, business intelligence, or data analytics, with a proven record of delivering measurable outcomes.
• Experience leading cross‑functional projects and working with large data sets to build executive‑level dashboards.
• PMP or equivalent certification is preferred.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel for data analysis.
• Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI platforms.
• Strong SQL and data‑visualization capabilities.
• Familiarity with AI‑powered analytics tools and automation technologies.
• Understanding of data‑warehousing concepts and reporting architecture.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Copilot Studio).
