Project Manager – Architectural Millwork

Its Nicewood division specializes in architectural millwork where precision fabrication meets exacting client expectations. We are seeking a driven, detail‑oriented Project Manager to own complex millwork projects from the first drawing through final delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client contact throughout the project lifecycle, from drawing review to delivery.
• Collaborate with CAD engineers to oversee shop drawing production and ensure documents reflect current specifications.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, identify long‑lead procurement items, and monitor milestones.
• Build and manage detailed budgets, track expenditures, and flag variances.
• Conduct site visits to capture dimensions and validate plans with architects and contractors.
• Perform regular shop‑floor walkthroughs to verify fabrication quality.
• Coordinate shipping logistics and assist with loading when needed.
• Manage change orders, scope adjustments, and client‑initiated revisions with clear documentation.

Required profile

• Project coordination or management experience in architectural millwork, custom fabrication, or commercial construction.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, shop, and engineering drawings.
• Hands‑on schedule ownership and milestone tracking.
• Procurement and vendor‑management experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for client and stakeholder interaction.
• Compliance and quality‑mindset with accurate documentation.
• Organizational discipline under pressure with multiple concurrent projects.
