Project Management AI Trainer (Remote, Contract)

About the role

We are looking for seasoned Project Management professionals to serve as AI trainers in our AI Labor Marketplace. This remote, part‑time consulting role involves creating realistic project scenarios and evaluating AI‑generated project plans.

Key responsibilities

• Create realistic PM personas and multi‑industry project scenarios.
• Generate detailed task lists and subtasks for each scenario.
• Apply prioritization frameworks such as MoSCoW, RICE, impact‑effort, and risk scoring, providing clear justification.
• Review and evaluate AI‑generated plans, identifying errors, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
• Produce structured written assessments and ensure compliance with quality and data standards.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in project management.
• Proficiency with standard PM methodologies and prioritization frameworks.
• Strong analytical and written communication skills.
• Experience reviewing or evaluating process documentation or plans.
• Ability to work independently, meet quality expectations, and manage your own schedule.

What we offer
