Project Management AI Trainer (Remote, $85-100/hr)

About the role

We are looking for experienced Project Management professionals to act as AI trainers in our AI Labor Marketplace. This remote, part‑time consultancy involves creating realistic project personas, generating task sets, designing prioritization rubrics, and evaluating AI‑generated outputs for quality and accuracy.

Key responsibilities

• Create realistic PM personas and multi‑industry project scenarios.
• Generate detailed task lists, subtasks, and associated prioritization frameworks (e.g., MoSCoW, RICE, impact‑effort, risk scoring).
• Provide clear reasoning and scoring for prioritization decisions.
• Review AI‑generated plans, identify errors, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
• Produce structured written assessments and data artifacts that meet quality and compliance guidelines.

Required profile

• 8+ years of professional project management experience.
• Deep knowledge of standard PM methodologies and prioritization frameworks.
• Proven ability to design structured workflows and task hierarchies.
• Strong analytical and written communication skills.
• Experience reviewing or evaluating process documentation or project plans.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and meet quality expectations.
