Project Coordinator - Landscaping

About the role

The Construction Landscape Project and Sales Coordinator guides landscape construction projects from initial client contact through proposal, sale, and successful handoff to production. This role serves as the central communication point between clients, sales, project management, and field crews.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate site measurements, takeoffs, photos, and field notes; assist with estimating and designing landscape projects such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, grading, drainage, planting, irrigation, lighting, and outdoor living features.
• Prepare professional proposals, track proposal status, and manage project start dates, schedules, and handoff packages including contracts, site notes, material selections, and client expectations.
• Serve as primary client contact for scheduling updates, resolve questions by coordinating internally, and maintain accurate project files, change orders, material ordering, permits, and job costing.
• Support production scheduling, monitor project progress, flag potential delays, and generate reports on sales, production, and project performance.

Required profile

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• High attention to detail and strong follow‑through.
• Experience in landscape construction or related trades (preferred).
• Basic understanding of landscape plans and construction drawings (preferred).
