Project Coordinator for Cardiovascular Service Line

About the role

The University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the Cardiovascular Service Line (CVSL) and assist the Internal Medicine Service Line (IMSL). This role ensures smooth daily clinic operations, manages project documentation, and facilitates communication across teams, vendors, and leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate clinic and project activities, schedule meetings, assign tasks, and monitor deadlines.
• Maintain organized records, meeting notes, project files, and service line documentation.
• Support procurement processes, manage inventory, process invoices, and track accounts payable.
• Assist with payroll activities, timekeeping review, and staff schedule management.
• Handle maintenance requests, equipment contracts, and vendor communications.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in health, business, or related field, or high school diploma with four years of relevant experience.
• Experience in project coordination or administrative support within a healthcare setting.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain detailed records, and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
