Project Architect

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated Project Architect to join our New York office, working on high‑end residential, commercial and cultural projects. The role blends innovative material exploration with strong economic and environmental awareness to create distinctive building forms.

Key responsibilities

• Lead client communications and develop project schedules.
• Coordinate consultants and oversee construction administration.
• Manage ground‑up construction, detailing and overall project coordination.
• Guide a multidisciplinary team, multitask across multiple deadlines, and ensure design quality.
• Translate design concepts into buildable solutions while respecting budget and sustainability goals.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience as a Project Architect.
• Self‑motivated, autonomous and capable of managing project teams.
• Strong passion for excellent design demonstrated through recent project work.
• In‑depth knowledge of NYC building code and zoning regulations.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
• Advanced use of Rhino, VRay and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Understanding of NYC code and zoning regulations.
