Project Architect – Interior Design & Architecture

About the role

Rapt Studio is seeking a Project Architect to lead interior design and architecture projects across multiple scales. The role involves concept development through construction, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and delivering high-quality design solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead project teams from concept design through construction administration.
• Develop and review construction documents and detailed drawings.
• Coordinate with consultants, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with building codes.
• Work with furniture vendors to oversee procurement and deliveries.
• Create 3D visualizations to communicate design intent.
• Maintain client relationships and support project presentations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
• 4–8+ years of experience in an architecture or design studio.
• Collaborative mindset with strong graphic, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proactive learner seeking mentorship and willing to take initiative.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with 3D visualization tools.
• Familiarity with project management, construction administration, budgeting, and building codes.
