About the role

EIS Studio is seeking a Project Architect and Drafter to lead custom residential projects, primarily focused on rebuilding efforts in the Palisades area after recent fires. The role blends design leadership with hands‑on drafting to deliver high‑quality, resilient homes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts and detailed construction documents for custom residential projects.
• Coordinate with clients, engineers, and contractors throughout the design and construction phases.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and documentation to ensure timely delivery.
• Oversee construction administration, including site visits and issue resolution.

Required profile

• 4–10 years of professional experience in residential architecture.
• Proven ability to work on complex, high‑profile rebuild projects.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
