Programs Assistant – Part Time

About the role

The Easton Newberry Archery Center is a state‑of‑the‑art facility offering indoor and outdoor ranges, training and education for archers of all levels. We are looking for a part‑time Programs Assistant to help run entry‑level programs and support center events.

Key responsibilities

• Run entry‑level archery programs and coach basic participants.
• Maintain and organize archery equipment and track program engagement.
• Assist with the planning, logistics and execution of center events, including setup, breakdown, scoring and registration.
• Act as tournament judge when needed and support event outreach and marketing.

Required profile

• Strong customer service skills.
• Willingness to obtain Level 2 USA Archery instructor certification (training provided).
• Willingness to obtain USA Archery judging certification (training provided).
• Willingness to obtain CPR/First‑Aid certification (training provided).
• Ability to safely operate common power and hand tools.
• Comfort working with children, adults and persons with special needs.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, holidays and non‑standard hours.
• Physical ability to lift targets and items up to 50 lb.
• Maintain good attendance and possess a valid driver’s license.
