Programme Director – Oracle Cloud ERP

About the role

The Programme Director will provide strategic authority for the Oracle Cloud ERP transformation across multiple entities and countries. You will chair the main governance bodies, ensure end‑to‑end delivery, and lead the transition of responsibility from the external implementation partner to the internal delivery organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Chair the Change Advisory Board and represent the programme at the Group Steering Committee.
• Approve structural decisions, partner amendments and maintain executive alignment.
• Deliver against approved scope, budget, schedule and quality; oversee readiness gates and critical‑path decisions.
• Act as the strategic interface with the vendor/implementation partner, sponsor dispute resolution and approve change requests.
• Ensure design authority, decision rights, evidence traceability and protection of the Group ERP template.
• Own top‑level escalation, executive reporting and stakeholder engagement across Finance, IT and operating‑company leadership.
• Lead capability transfer from partner‑led to internally led delivery, sponsor knowledge transfer and create reusable governance assets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business or Finance.
• 15+ years of experience leading complex, multi‑country, multi‑entity IT/ERP programmes with C‑level governance.
• Proven experience managing large‑scale ERP transformations and major supplier relationships.
• Professional fluency in English and French.
• Availability to mobilise by September 2026.
