Programmatic Sales Manager

About the role

We are looking for a high‑velocity, sales‑driven Programmatic Sales Manager to accelerate top‑line revenue for Zynga’s programmatic direct media offering. The role focuses on building strategic relationships with agency holding companies, trading desks, DSP/SSP teams and retail media partners, and co‑selling alongside our Account Executives.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and develop top‑to‑top relationships with agency programmatic leadership and trading desks to secure marketplace deals and educate them on Zynga’s mobile in‑app inventory.
• Drive demand‑side growth across DSPs, SSPs and retail media networks, positioning Zynga’s inventory in custom buyer packages.
• Collaborate with Sales Marketing, Yield and Operations to create data‑driven programmatic packages (seasonal, audience‑targeted, high‑impact video).
• Monitor win rates, floor prices and cleared spend to ensure Deal IDs translate into actual revenue.
• Co‑sell with Account Executives, uncover hidden spend, address technical objections and convert open‑market demand into high‑margin commitments.

Required profile

• Proven experience in programmatic media sales or digital advertising with a strong track record of revenue growth.
• Ability to build and maintain strategic relationships with agency and platform partners.
• Data‑oriented mindset with the capability to analyze performance metrics and optimize deals.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to lead educational sessions and negotiate contracts.

Required skills

• Programmatic advertising platforms (DSP, SSP, trading desks).
• Understanding of mobile in‑app inventory and audience targeting.
