Program Technician - Leadership

About the role

The University of Arkansas System Division of Agriculture is seeking a dynamic Program Technician with a focus on leadership. The position supports the coordination, administration, and delivery of the Ag‑tech Career Exploration (ACE) program and the Experiential Scholars Program (ESP), as well as other leadership‑related initiatives within the Cooperative Extension Service.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in program planning and development for ACE and ESP.
• Manage participant communications, logistics, and event support.
• Maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and conduct program evaluations.
• Provide administrative support for additional leadership initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong interest in program coordination and leadership within an agricultural extension context.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, communicate effectively with participants, and support event logistics.
• Detail‑oriented with solid record‑keeping and reporting skills.
