Program Manager – Virtual IOP (Adolescent Behavioral Health)

About the role

The Adolescent Wellness Academy is seeking a Program Manager to lead its Virtual Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) for teens aged 13‑17 and their families. This hybrid role combines remote program oversight with field outreach across Florida.

Key responsibilities

• Represent the program at community events, schools, and provider offices to generate referrals.
• Drive census growth, track admissions, and forecast enrollment.
• Partner with marketing on campaigns and lead generation.
• Manage the telehealth IOP schedule, coverage, and clinical quality metrics.
• Ensure compliance with AHCA, DCF, Joint Commission, and HIPAA standards.
• Supervise, hire, and develop therapists and Wellness Coordinators.
• Own the program budget, KPIs, and reporting to leadership.

Required profile

• Florida‑based with ability to travel for in‑field outreach.
• 3+ years in behavioral health or clinical program operations.
• 2+ years leading a team or program with measurable growth results.
• Experience in business development, referral relationships, and budget management.
• Telehealth or virtual program experience; familiarity with EHR systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.

• Telehealth platform proficiency.
• Budget management and KPI reporting.
