Program Manager – PMO

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to join TikTok’s Program Management Office (PMO). In this role you will lead multiple complex, cross‑functional projects, coordinate stakeholders across time zones, and help shape strategic decisions that drive the company’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Champion several large‑scale projects simultaneously, aligning PMOs and business leaders on goals, plans, and deliverables.
• Define project scope and performance criteria to ensure outcomes match business strategy.
• Own end‑to‑end timelines, maintain a master project calendar, manage work‑back schedules, document meetings, and track key artifacts.
• Identify and mitigate risks, blockers, and dependencies before they affect delivery.
• Prioritize workloads, escalate issues to leadership, and ensure timely resolution.
• Build and nurture relationships across the organization, serving as the primary point of contact for internal teams and selected external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Extensive experience in project or program management within fast‑paced environments.
• Proven ability to lead multiple complex, cross‑functional projects from initiation through delivery.
• Strong organizational, time‑management, and detail‑orientation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Demonstrated capability to align diverse stakeholders toward shared outcomes.
