Program Manager - People Operations

About the role

Applied Intuition is seeking a People Operations Program Manager to lead the end‑to‑end employee experience. This operations‑focused role treats onboarding, development, and offboarding as a cohesive program that must be executed with precision and scalability.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and continuously improve the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding through offboarding.
• Design, document, and maintain process workflows, program frameworks, and knowledge bases that scale with company growth.
• Develop, implement, and scale people programs that deliver consistent, high‑quality experiences across teams and locations.
• Own HR policy creation, interpretation, and compliance, including labor‑law requirements.
• Partner with Legal, Finance, Engineering, and internal applications teams to align people programs with business objectives and regulatory standards.
• Analyze people‑operations data to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities for program enhancements.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in people operations, HR generalist, or people‑program management roles.
• Proven stakeholder‑management and program‑management expertise.
• Ability to design, optimize, and communicate processes and outcomes across the organization.
• Experience with HR policy development, compliance, and data‑driven decision making.
