Program Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead a team of Project Managers and Analysts in Raleigh. The role will oversee cross‑functional product development initiatives, coordinating with Market Vertical, Product Management, Engineering, Testing, Legal and other stakeholders to deliver complex projects on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Provide direct or indirect management to Project Managers and Project Analysts.
• Drive a portfolio of moderate to complex projects from initiation through delivery.
• Develop and maintain project roadmaps, schedules, and resource plans.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, legal and other teams to resolve issues and mitigate risks.
• Ensure project governance, reporting and compliance with established methodologies.

Required profile

• 10+ years of IT PMO experience.
• Minimum 2 years of people‑management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in technology, finance, business or equivalent.
• Professional project‑management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile).

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of Agile and SDLC processes.
• Expertise in project governance and risk management.
• Excellent relationship‑management and negotiation abilities.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on schedule and budget.
