Program Manager

About the role

Advent Services is seeking a Program Manager to lead educational and training initiatives for USAFSAM staff and Department of Defense medical personnel. The role focuses on maintaining medical readiness, supporting aerospace and operational medicine training, and ensuring compliance with Air Force standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide educational and training support for USAFSAM and DoD medical personnel.
• Support aerospace and operational medicine training, maintaining medical readiness and deployment standards.
• Collect, monitor, analyze, and report training and readiness data for program performance.
• Maintain SharePoint training records, status rosters, and coordinate with field points of contact.
• Resolve scheduling conflicts and manage Warrior Training Center activities.
• Support the Comprehensive Medical Readiness Program by tracking continuing education and policy initiatives.
• Track nursing licensure, certifications, BLS, and other professional requirements.
• Identify program gaps, prepare improvement reports, and align projects with USAFSAM goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or 10+ years of relevant experience, including at least 4 years in a medical‑related environment.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of Air Force standards, military and civilian policies, and successful completion of USAFSAM orientation within 60 days.
• Familiarity with the Comprehensive Medical Readiness Program, training affiliation agreements, nursing competencies, and continuing education requirements.
• Ability to provide a signed Non‑Disclosure Agreement prior to start.
• Highly desired: prior instructional and office management experience, experience with Excel data collection, Learning Management Systems, and knowledge of Joint Trauma Service and Air Force Medical Service guidelines.
