Program Manager

About the role

Moog is seeking a Program Manager to lead end‑to‑end delivery of critical aerospace and defense programs. Based onsite in Buffalo, NY, you will act as the primary customer liaison and ensure successful contract execution, hardware and software delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate all program activities from contract award through delivery, serving as the single point of contact for the customer.
• Provide regular performance updates and status reports to senior management.
• Direct a matrixed team that includes Engineering, Operations, Quality, Procurement, and Contracts.
• Manage contractual requirements, scope adherence, and risk mitigation.
• Travel as needed to support program objectives.

Required profile

• Minimum BS degree.
• At least 1 year of program‑management experience in aerospace, defense, or highly engineered manufacturing.
• Leadership experience in operations, logistics, acquisition, or program management (military background acceptable).
• Ability to work under pressure while handling multiple priorities.
• Eligibility to access U.S. export‑controlled information and obtain a U.S. security clearance.
