Program Manager – Federal Law Enforcement IT

About the role

The Program Manager will serve as the senior delivery lead for enterprise IT and mission‑support services within a federal law‑enforcement environment. This position provides strategic oversight across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment with business priorities, operational goals, and contractual requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead overall contract execution, operational oversight, and customer engagement.
• Direct multiple technical teams and workstreams to deliver enterprise IT solutions.
• Monitor contractor performance, resolve issues, and manage program resources.
• Develop and implement delivery strategies based on mission priorities, risk assessments, and best practices.
• Oversee configuration management, change control, audits, and governance compliance.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience leading large‑scale enterprise IT programs in complex federal environments.
• Experience supporting federal law‑enforcement or homeland‑security missions.
• Proven ability to manage full‑lifecycle program delivery, including planning, execution, governance, and reporting.
• Strong background in risk assessment, mitigation planning, and performance monitoring.
• Experience managing budgets, staffing, subcontractors, and contractual performance requirements.
