Program Manager, Enterprise AI Adoption

About the role

SavvyMoney is seeking a Program Manager to lead its enterprise‑wide AI adoption journey. You will partner with every business function to turn AI curiosity into native capability, reporting directly to the C‑suite and Board.

Key responsibilities

• Design and own the enterprise AI adoption program across engineering, product, sales, marketing, finance, operations and partner success, establishing charters, roadmaps, governance cadences and executive dashboards.
• Lead change‑management initiatives to shift workflows toward AI‑generated and AI‑assisted work, creating adoption playbooks, training curricula and feedback loops.
• Report program health quarterly to the C‑suite and prepare Board‑level materials on ROI, risk and strategic direction.
• Maintain a living inventory of AI use cases, manage vendor relationships and ensure alignment with procurement, legal and IT security.

Required profile

• 7+ years of program or project management experience, including at least 2 years leading enterprise‑wide transformation.
• Demonstrated passion for AI, with hands‑on experience using LLMs, AI assistants, automation and prompt engineering.
• Proven ability to present to executive leadership and influence without direct authority.
• Data‑driven approach to program management with experience building measurement frameworks and KPIs.
