Program Manager, Customer Operations

About the role

Etsy is looking for a Program Manager to join its Customer Operations organization. In this full‑time role you will partner with senior operations leaders to drive high‑impact, cross‑functional initiatives that improve efficiency, operational excellence, and the overall experience for sellers and buyers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and execute high‑priority programs that align with Customer Operations objectives and company‑wide strategic bets.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, analytics, research, design, and operations teams to define scope, milestones, and success metrics.
• Apply rigorous governance and clear communication practices to manage uncertainty and complexity throughout program lifecycles.
• Act as a trusted thought partner to senior ops leadership, providing data‑driven insights and recommendations.
• Monitor program performance, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to ensure timely delivery.

• Proven experience managing complex, cross‑functional programs in a fast‑moving environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams and influence without direct authority.
