Program Management Advisor

About the role

Gainwell is seeking a Program Management Advisor to lead application development initiatives that improve health outcomes for vulnerable populations. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure delivery of high‑quality, user‑focused solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage project work statements, scope, budgets, schedules, and documentation aligned with client requirements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, communicating objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
• Monitor project performance, risks, issues, and quality; implement mitigation strategies and manage changes.
• Lead and coordinate global project teams, assign work, allocate resources, and support performance management.
• Support business growth through proposal development, executive discussions, client feedback analysis, and continuous improvement of program outcomes.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of project management experience, including budget development, project planning, controls, and earned value management.
• Proficiency with project management methodologies (e.g., Catalyst) and related tools.
• Experience managing the full project lifecycle from initiation to delivery.
• PMP certification preferred; experience in healthcare insurance, especially Medicaid, is a plus.
