Program Launch Manager

About the role

Cardless is a Series C consumer fintech helping large brands launch credit‑card programs. As a Program Launch Manager you will own the end‑to‑end launch process, coordinating internal teams and external partners to bring new card products to market.

Key responsibilities

• Own launch plans from signed deals to cards in wallets, defining timelines, dependencies and single source of truth.
• Run daily stand‑ups, partner syncs and executive updates to keep everyone aligned on status, risks and required actions.
• Identify blockers early, resolve them directly when possible, and escalate with proposed solutions when needed.
• Learn and track each function’s contribution—credit policy, rewards design, compliance, fraud controls, fulfillment, etc.—and ensure all details are covered.
• Act as the primary launch‑facing contact for brand partners and coordinate deliverables across banks, card networks, processors and vendors.

Required profile

• 2–6 years of experience delivering complex cross‑functional projects in launch or program management, operations, consulting, banking or early‑stage startups.
• Successfully led at least one project where five or more parties had to deliver on the same date.
• Fintech, payments or financial‑services exposure with enough curiosity to quickly master underwriting, compliance or card‑fulfillment details.
