Program Coordinator II – Healthy Living Program

About the role

The Institute for Advancing Health Through Agriculture (IHA) at Texas A&M AgriLife is seeking a Program Coordinator II to support its Healthy Living program in Dallas. Working closely with the Associate Director and the Healthy Living team, you will help plan, develop, and implement community‑engaged research projects aimed at reducing health disparities.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and budgets for Healthy Living initiatives.
• Provide technical, business‑management, administrative, and operational support to program leadership.
• Collaborate with researchers, community partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
• Prepare reports, documentation, and presentations for internal and external audiences.
• Assist in grant management, procurement, and compliance activities.

Required profile

• Experience in program coordination or project management, preferably in health, agriculture, or research settings.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities under general supervision.
