Program Chair and Faculty – Computer Networking & Cybersecurity

About the role

This full‑time position leads the Computer Networking and Cybersecurity program and the Bachelor of Science in Information Systems program, overseeing curriculum development, faculty performance, and student success outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, evaluate, retain, mentor, and engage faculty; conduct regular performance assessments and development programs.
• Develop and maintain program curricula, lesson plans, labs, projects, and learning resources; lead accreditation and assessment activities.
• Report on program performance, manage course scheduling and faculty assignments, and promote programs to ensure adequate student cohorts.
• Teach courses as needed, create lesson plans and assessments, and address student, faculty, and staff concerns.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, Information Systems or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in networking, cybersecurity, or related IT discipline.
• Leadership ability to solve problems, facilitate meetings, manage projects and work independently.
