Program Assistant – 4-H

About the role

The University of Arkansas System Division of Agriculture is seeking a Program Assistant to support 4‑H and youth development activities in an assigned county. Working under the supervision of a county agent, the assistant will help maintain vibrant 4‑H clubs and ensure smooth program operations.

Key responsibilities

• Organize and prioritize daily tasks related to 4‑H club administration.
• Maintain regular communication with 4‑H leaders, members, and parents.
• Attend and assist at scheduled 4‑H club meetings and events.
• Support the county agent in planning and delivering youth development programs.
• Ensure compliance with attendance, leave, and reporting policies.
