Program Administrator (Salt Lake City)

About the role

Moog’s Space and Defense Group is seeking a Program Administrator to support its Turreted Weapon Systems program in Salt Lake City, Utah. The role is onsite and reports to the Staff Program Manager, offering a collaborative environment with a 9/80 work schedule (every other Friday off).

Key responsibilities

• Enter and maintain contract and sales order data in ERP systems to ensure accurate, timely fulfillment.
• Generate invoices, process credit requests and credit memos in line with company policies.
• Coordinate packer requests, resolve shipping issues, and manage warranty and return processes.
• Communicate professionally with customers, respond to inquiries, and support small‑business needs.
• Maintain official program records for audit purposes and prepare contract briefs for cost submissions.
• Review bailment agreements, verify compliance using matrices, and ensure contractual adherence.
• Develop and update dashboards and weekly reports, safeguarding confidential information.
• Partner with internal departments to resolve operational issues and support order fulfillment.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive problem‑solver who can meet shipping issue resolution targets within 48 hours.
• Commitment to continuous process improvement and compliance.
