Program Administrator

About the role

Moog is seeking a Program Administrator to support its space and defense programs. The role blends contract administration, order management, and cross‑functional coordination to ensure programs stay on schedule and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Review and manage purchase orders, initiate sales orders, and coordinate shipping for assigned space programs.
• Maintain accurate contract files, change logs, and configuration references.
• Stay current with FAR/DFARS, ITAR/EAR, and other procurement regulations; escalate compliance issues as needed.
• Act as the primary liaison with customers, providing status updates and facilitating issue resolution.
• Develop and track basic program plans, aligning engineering, manufacturing, test, logistics, and subcontractor activities.
• Coordinate resource assignments, hardware deliveries, and test assets with functional managers.
• Prepare regular status reports, risk summaries, and presentation materials for internal and customer reviews.

Required profile

• Experience in contracts and order management with strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, customer‑focused mindset.
• Familiarity with government procurement regulations and space or defense logistics is a plus.
