Program Administrator – Central Office (Decatur, GA)

About the role

The State of Georgia seeks a Program Administrator to support and oversee program and case management services across assigned facilities. Reporting to the Chief of Programs and Case Management, you will ensure services are adequate, appropriate, and accessible.

Key responsibilities

• Serve on the Office of Behavioral Health’s statewide services coordination team.
• Participate in statewide planning and monthly administrator meetings.
• Monitor program and case management delivery in assigned facilities.
• Assist with policy development, implementation, and quality‑assurance activities.
• Provide training and oversight of the Juvenile Tracking System (JTS) modules.
• Collaborate with facility staff and regional administration to develop and manage services.
• Prepare written summaries of issues and strengths for senior leadership.
• Support recruitment, interviewing, and orientation of program staff.

Required profile

• Experience in program and case management within a behavioral‑health setting.
• Ability to work under the supervision of senior program leadership.
• Strong analytical skills for reviewing statistics, peer reviews, and corrective actions.
• Effective communication with facility administrators and regional teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Juvenile Tracking System (JTS) and related reporting tools.
