Marshall Dennehey, P.C. is seeking a Professional Liability Attorney to join its Roseland, NJ office. The role focuses on construction defect and design professional litigation, offering a pathway to grow within a collaborative, client‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of construction defect and A&E litigation matters with limited oversight.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other court documents.
• Collaborate closely with experienced shareholders and associates for mentorship and case development.
• Engage directly with clients, providing clear communication and strategic advice.
• Participate in firm initiatives that promote diversity, inclusion, and professional development.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of litigation experience, including at least 2 years in construction defect or design professional litigation.
• Strong analytical thinking, legal writing, research, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while benefiting from mentorship.
• New York bar admission is a plus but not required.
