Key responsibilities

• Represent design professionals, developers, and contractors in complex construction defect and property cases.
• Handle state and federal litigation, including trial work where applicable.
• Manage an independent caseload with support from senior attorneys.

• Engage directly with clients and contribute to practice growth.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in construction defect or A&E Errors & Omissions litigation.
• Proven trial track record at state and/or federal level.
• Strong organizational abilities and capacity to manage cases independently.
• Excellent legal writing, research, and communication skills.
