International Paper is hiring Production Workers for its Bogalusa Paper Mill in Louisiana. The position is full‑time with a rotating shift schedule and offers a competitive hourly wage.

Key responsibilities

• Work collaboratively in a team environment on the production line.
• Follow a rotating shift schedule, including overtime, holidays and weekends.
• Wear required safety equipment and operate in industrial conditions such as heat, dust, noise and heavy machinery.
• Read tape measures, gauges and other test equipment accurately.
• Apply basic math for inspections and quality checks.
• Complete quality and administrative documentation following directions.

Required profile

• At least 18 years of age.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED.
