Production Worker II – Manufacturing

About the role

The Production Worker II supports the manufacturing floor by preparing items for processing and ensuring that production standards for productivity and quality are met. This fast‑paced role involves handling hardware components, assembling kits, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect and receive parts, preparing them for processing while ensuring equipment is in good working order.
• Perform tasks such as racking screws, separating or gluing foam, dumping racked items into bins, and assembling/packing hardware according to directives.
• Pull correct products from stock, pack them into appropriate boxes, and meet daily productivity targets.
• Stock shelves, notify supervisors of replenishment needs, and conserve resources by minimizing waste.
• Conduct spot checks to verify product quality, log out‑of‑tolerance items, and report issues to supervisors.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace, follow safety policies, and report unsafe conditions.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and follow documented instructions in English or Spanish.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and accuracy when following verbal or written instructions.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing setting is preferred but not mandatory.
