Production Technician Apprentice

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, troubleshoot and repair high‑speed manufacturing equipment.
• Perform quality checks and record results in automated quality control systems.
• Interpret production data to drive quality and productivity decisions.
• Conduct routine and emergency maintenance on process equipment.
• Maintain work area according to sanitation, housekeeping, and safety standards.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1‑3 years of industrial experience, preferably in high‑speed manufacturing or packaging.
• Willingness to work rotating 12‑hour shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to obtain a driver’s license certification and pass the MCC Ramsay Test within six months.
