Production Team Member – Plant‑Based Food Facility

About the role

This position is a core part of the production floor at Bonduelle Fresh Americas, supporting the team leads to deliver fresh vegetable products, salads and plant‑rich meals with the highest safety, quality and efficiency standards.

Key responsibilities

• Follow GMP, PPE, HACCP and sanitation guidelines while maintaining a safe work environment.
• Operate equipment such as packers, fillers, stackers, box labelers and inspection stations.
• Place products and condiments into bowls, pack units into approved cases, and ensure proper labeling and seal integrity.
• Visually inspect packed bowls for quality, weight, and correct markings.
• Perform 5S housekeeping, clean work areas, and maintain tools and equipment.
• Report any out‑of‑specification product issues to Quality Assurance.
• Operate dishwasher and handle cleaning of bowls, totes, and equipment as required.

Required profile

• Ability to work safely around moving equipment and in wet environments.
• Willingness to be cross‑trained and multitask across multiple production positions.
• Commitment to follow standard operating procedures and regulatory programs.
• Basic proficiency in reading, writing and speaking English; additional language skills are a plus.

Required skills

• Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
• Familiarity with HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points) standards.
• Understanding of SQF (Safe Quality Food) regulatory programs.
• Experience with 5S workplace organization methodology.
