Production Team Member – Packing & Inspection

About the role

This position is a core part of the production floor at Bonduelle Fresh Americas. You will support team leads by performing a variety of tasks such as packing, filling, labeling, and inspecting fresh vegetable products to ensure the highest safety, quality, and efficiency standards.

Key responsibilities

• Follow GMP, PPE, HACCP, SQF, and sanitation guidelines at all times.
• Use proper tools to open bags, measure yields, and place product and condiments into bowls.
• Pack units into approved cases, label boxes, and operate tape machines.
• Visually inspect packed bowls for correct marking, positioning, seal integrity, weight, and migration.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area, adhering to 5S methodology.
• Cross‑train on multiple stations and multitask in a fast‑paced, wet environment.
• Notify QA of any out‑of‑specification product and follow proper decanting spray procedures.
• Operate dishwasher, clean bowls, and maintain tools and equipment.

Required profile

• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Strong safety awareness and ability to work around moving equipment.
• Ability to follow detailed processes and work efficiently in a high‑speed production setting.
• Willingness to be cross‑trained on various production tasks.

Required skills

• Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
• Understanding of HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points) standards.
• Familiarity with SQF (Safe Quality Food) regulatory programs.
• Experience applying 5S workplace organization methodology.
